Our business is completely online.
We do not have an actual physical store location. This saves us overhead and license fees that are very high in Playa. We pass this savings on to our customers with reduced rental prices.
To make things easy, we use the downtown Evolve Gym location on Calle 24 and 5th av. as our pickup/drop-off point. It is centrally located, easy to find, and in a very safe part of Playa Del Carmen.

· The home delivery service only applies to the rental rate per week.
· The home delivery service is carried out with a minimum of 800 per bicycle.
· We do not provide mechanic service to bicycles that have not been rented with us.
